As a health and wellness coach, I provide ongoing support and guidance as you set goals and make sustainable changes to improve your health and happiness.
I supply a safe, nonjudgmental space for you to freely discuss your medical healthy history, current eating and exercise patterns, and what you see for yourself in terms of your health and wellness.
I have studied all the major dietary theories and use practical lifestyle coaching methods to guide you in discovering which nutrition approach works best for you. Most approaches to nutrition dwell on calories, carbs, fats, and proteins. Instead of forcing a cookie-cutter diet on you, I take the time to understand who you are and what your specific nutrition needs are. I will coach you to create a happy, balanced life in a way that is fun and free of restriction.
Healthy living is not just about what you put into your mouth! It also involves relationships, career, physical activity, and spirituality. You can eat all of the kale in the world, but if you don’t have happy relationships or a career you love, you won’t be a whole, healthy person. I will help you to determine what areas of your life may need a little TLC and coach you to make the changes necessary to begin living a more balanced and fulfilled life.
Instead of changing everything at once, I will help you take small steps over a period of time to reshape your habits in a broad array of areas including nutrition, physical activity, and stress management. Over the course of a program, healthy living will become your new normal.
The techniques, skills, and habits you will develop around healthy living will be maintainable and sustainable for the rest of your life. Gone are the days of yo-yo’ing. My goal is to provide you with the knowledge, support, and accountability to making true lasting changes that will keep you and your family healthy for a lifetime.
The first step to working with me privately is to book a B WELL Initial Session. We will spend one hour discussing your medical health history, current eating and exercise patterns, lifestyle factors like sleep and stress, and the goals you have for yourself in terms of your health and wellness. At the end of your session, you will have the opportunity to learn more about how you can achieve overall wellness through working in a coaching program. Sessions can be done in-person or over the phone. Beyond private coaching, I also work with groups, corporations, and lead the 21 Day Transformation program.
